Modular-Lab PharmTracer is an important addition to the Modular-Lab product line. It is based on the use of "click'n'start" single-use cassettes that contain all the necessary components for a particular synthesis. Depending on the complexity of the synthesis process you are able to choose between three different cassette sizes. The concept of single-use cassettes enables the user to easily label different radionuclides with the same setup, but without the risk of cross contamination. With the setup for Ga-68, for example, you can also produce In-111 based radiodiagnostics as well as Lu-177 and Y-90 labelled radiotherapeuticals by using a similar cassette.
The new Modular-Lab PharmTracer system also retains the reliability and versatility of the current Modular-Lab system, allowing to make changes in the process as necessary during early-stage development, but then "lock-in" the process for routine clinical production. With this addition, the Modular-Lab PharmTracer system is the ideal platform for development and production of radiopharmaceuticals.
